30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your hosting, cancel within 30 days of your first order and we will refund the hosting fee in full.
What is covered
The guarantee applies to new hosting accounts and to the first payment for the plan. It covers monthly and yearly billing.
What is not covered
- Domain registrations and renewals.
- Third-party licences and add-ons.
- Renewal payments after the first 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Accounts closed for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy.
How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
Cancelling after 30 days
You can cancel anytime; your service stays active until the end of the period you paid for and will not renew.
