To keep our network fast and safe for everyone, the following are not allowed on NexiaHost services:

• Illegal content or activity, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Malware, phishing, fraud or deceptive websites.
• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or using our servers to send it.
• Attacks on other systems, scanning, or attempts to bypass security.
• Content that exploits or harms minors, promotes violence or harassment.
• Cryptocurrency mining, file-sharing trackers or other uses that put heavy, continuous load on shared servers.
• Reselling or sharing an account outside the limits of your plan.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate services that breach this policy, where possible after notice. Serious or repeated breaches may be suspended immediately.
