Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, hosting and related services provided by NexiaHost (“NexiaHost”, “we”, “us”). By ordering or using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide shared web hosting and related services as described on our website at the time of your order. We may improve or change features, provided the core service you paid for is not materially reduced during your billing period.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Payment and renewal
Services are billed in advance for the billing period you choose. Unless you cancel, plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, which we will tell you about in advance. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend services that put our network, other customers or third parties at risk.
5. Resources and fair use
“Unmetered” and “unlimited” features are provided for normal website use under fair use. Accounts that use a disproportionate share of server resources may be asked to optimise or upgrade.
6. Backups
We keep automatic backups as described in your plan as a convenience. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
7. Uptime
Our uptime commitment and the credits available are described in our Service Level Agreement.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on our website before they take effect.
